Expect movement, play, and plenty of interaction! What You Need ● RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) ● High school diploma or GED ● Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation ● Ability to pass a background check ● Authorized to work in the U.S. ● Age 18+ Physical Requirements Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician will provide fun, engaging one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2–11 by following treatment plans created by BCBAs and tracking progress through data collection. Responsibilities also include supporting children in various settings and communicating effectively with families and the clinical team.
