Behavior Technician | $23–25/hr + Paid RBT Certification Help young children with autism learn to communicate, play, and build independence. No experience needed, we train you and pay for your certification. At FirstSteps for Kids, you'll work one-on-one with young children, building the communication, play, and everyday-life skills that help them succeed at home, in school, and in their community.
