Greystone Programs is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Specialist to play a key role in guiding and mentoring Direct Support Professionals across all shifts. In this position, you will: • Collaborate closely with the Behavior Specialist to implement ABA teaching programs and behavioral strategies. • Mentor Direct Support Professionals in the use of evidence-based practices, including: • Positive reinforcement • Functional communication • Task analysis • Data collection • Support the consistent application of Behavior Support Plans to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for the individuals we serve.
