Pay: $17–$25 per hour Join Our Team at Healing Haven! Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Our services include: 1:1 ABA therapy Parent training programs Speech and occupational therapy Counseling Autism testing and assessments We are looking for energetic individuals to provide 1:1 therapy to help children improve communication, social, and play skills. Training and certification are provided, and Behavior Technicians receive on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Benefits: Competitive pay with annual eligibility for merit increases $20/hour starting rate for 1+ year of experience in the field with active RBT certification Monthly bonus opportunities Referral bonus up to $5,000 in 9 months Employer-paid life insurance Access to medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage with generous employer contributions 401k retirement plan PTO, sick pay, and holiday pay What We Offer: Supportive and friendly work environment Hands-on and online ABA training Career growth opportunities Competitive pay and benefits Full and part-time schedules available (may include Saturdays) Position: Non-Exempt Key Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs) Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families Document behaviors and collect data Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Professional references Reliable transportation Clean criminal history Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and staff Healing Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
