Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using technology (tablets, mobile devices)
  • Ability to collect accurate data and follow behavior plans
  • RBT credential (not required to apply—training provided)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, social work, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities
  • Help clients develop academic, self-help, and social skills
  • Collect and document data using Apple or Android devices
  • Communicate and collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members
