At Paper Lantern Therapies, we provide child-led, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy that empowers children and their families. • Provide 1:1 therapy using strength-based, play-focused ABA strategies
• Support clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use compassionate behavior support strategies
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
