This ad is for a part-time Behavior Technician at our ABA Clinic in Bay City. This part-time position could turn into a full-time position depending on need. For full time staff we also offer a generous benefits package including employer subsidized health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.  Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They will implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols. The BT will collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction, and write detailed notes at the end of each session. The BT will also assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client. The BT may also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation. Responsibilities
The Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plan goals and following behavior protocols.
