Join Northway Academy in Mankato as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential! $16-$21/hour plus $1 increase @ 6 months | Monday-Friday Daytime Scheduling What You’ll Do: Support children with autism through early intervention programs Implement therapy plans and behavior strategies Teach skills for communication, self-care, and social interaction Help manage behaviors and support transitions to school settings What You'll Bring 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Willingness to assist children in areas of behavior support and personal care Why You'll Love Working Here Consistent Schedule – Full time, Monday through Friday.
