Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Stow, OH Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm-6pm SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Stow, OH. Your Role: Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
