MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years of college level course work in a relevant academic area AND two years of experience performing work in support of clinical, biomedical, or behavioral research studies involving human subject.
    Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration .

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (psychology, education, human/child development).
  • Training and experience in early intensive behavioral intervention for children with autism, early intervention for toddlers, developmental psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related fields and experience working directly with children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Ability and willingness to interact with children in a spontaneous and creative way.
  • This position involves physical care which may require moving children between the ages of 12-48 months.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel to/from Seattle/Tacoma clinic locations when needed.
