About the Role As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities to bring behavior support plans to life. Under the guidance of a Behavior Analyst and Lead Therapist, you’ll implement individualized programs, collect and manage data, and support progress toward goals. Your impact will be hands-on, meaningful, and deeply appreciated by the families you support. What You’ll Do Deliver individualized behavior support services at home and in the community Follow treatment plans and instructional strategies created by the clinical team Collect and manage behavioral data—yes, we love a good graph! Maintain strong communication with families, therapists, and supervisors Assist with skill-building around self-care, safety, and independence Be an engaged team member—attend trainings, meetings, and contribute ideas Support families in navigating day-to-day challenges with compassion and professionalism What You Bring High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred Experience working with children in any setting (teaching, caregiving, tutoring—all welcome!)
