Spectrum Matters is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum and those with related disorders in the South Dakota area. We are proud to offer high quality therapy guided by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our comprehensive team collaborates closely to tailor interventions that fit the unique needs of each family and individual. Frequent trainings and in-services ensure our staff remains current with the latest research and best practices. At Spectrum Matters, we emphasize data collection and analysis to monitor each child's progress and ensure effective, meaningful outcomes. We envision empowering parents with choices for ABA services in South Dakota and helping our clients become happy, engaged members of their communities as adults. We are currently seeking passionate and compassionate Behavior Therapists to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families affected by ASD. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of BCBAs as outlined in individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapy services to children on the autism spectrum and support skill acquisition and behavior improvement. Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and decision-making. Collaborate effectively with families, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while fostering a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain current with evidence-based practices. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress, challenges, and changes in behavior or condition. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or willingness to obtain certification shortly after employment. Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to children with autism and related disorders. Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data accurately and use it to support client progress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families and team members. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or therapy locations within South Dakota. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance ABA therapy skills.
