QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must be over 18 with a minimum of a High School Diploma
• Experience working with children
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT Preferred
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Must complete DOJ/FBI background check
• Must pass TB test

• ABA therapists are trained to implement 1:1 behavior intervention programs across settings (homes, schools and in various community settings).
• Therapeutic techniques utilized include DTT, Natural Environment Training and social skills training
• You will collaborate and engage with behavior treatment teams and get specific feedback from the supervisors on teaching strategies and reductive behavior techniques.
• ABA therapists also collect data to demonstrate each client’s progress toward reaching his or her goals on a company-issued iPad.
  We have morning, mid-day and afternoon shifts available. The Behavior Therapist will be assigned to clients located in Orange, California and surrounding Orange County cities including: Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Tustin, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Rancho Santa Margarita, Orange, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Brea.
