  Behavior Therapist  FFulltime Salaried - $66,830.40 annually or FFS - $55 per hour   The Edinburg Center is seeking a Behavior Therapist FT or FFS in Arlington, Waltham and Watertown     Who You Are: Master’s degree. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments. Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans. Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred. Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism. Highly organized. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required   What You Will Do: * Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes * Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals * Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis * Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) * Collaborate with youth team members  Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community.  When we’re not at work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop and sing opera, among many other things!  Our staff of 350 have range of interests and skills and we know you do too!  We know that The Edinburg Center will mean as much to you as it does to us!   At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.    What We Offer: We offer an excellent benefits package for both full and part-time staff, including; health and Dental (must work a minimum of 30 hours)  vision, life, short and long term disability insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.  Paid time off benefits include vacation, personal, sick and holidays.
