Alliance Medical Center is currently seeking a Full Time Bilingual Behavioral Health/Care Team RN/LVN to work 40 hours per week. What you will do at AMC: The Behavioral Health/Care Team RN/LVN is responsible for the direct and indirect medical care management of our patients, ensures optimum access for walk in and telephone triage patients seeking medical care or advice, participates in patient visits as instructed by the provider to improve patient flow, quality of patient care, and patient satisfaction Notifies patients of test results and follow up plan as directed by medical provider, assists in patient referrals to specialists as needed, provides health education and resources to patients as appropriate, and provides case management of patients as requested by medical provider or per protocol Direct nursing care as required by license standards of care, participates in infection control, utilization review, and quality assessment activities and analysis as directed by AMC's Nurse Manager. Requirements The Bilingual Full Time RN/LVN at Alliance Medical Center must have the following qualifications and skills: Current California RN or LVN License is required; Current BLS certification is required; 1-2 years RN or LVN experience, will train qualified, willing learners; Bilingual Spanish preferred; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using electronic health record, working knowledge in EHR/EPIC a plus. RN: $50-$53/hour, DOE LVN: $35-$36/hour, DOE Sign on bonus: $8k LVN/ $10k RN
