The Behavioral Health Clinical Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting the Behavioral Health team and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment for patients seeking mental health services. This position is responsible for front-desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records—all while delivering exceptional customer service.
