Community Health Care is looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Clinical Therapist (LPCC or LISW) to split time in our Manchester and Norton offices. This Therapist must have a passion for helping others by providing behavioral health services in an integrated setting with multi-disciplinary care teams in a primary care setting. Responsibilities
