Make a Difference The Behavioral Health Clinician provides psychiatric clinical intervention services for patients and families. Administers direct and indirect patient care. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. · Delivers Patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavioral Health and Community Health Network. · Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge for patients/families. · Provides therapeutic interventions based on multi-disciplinary treatment plan, which includes monitoring the milieu, induvial therapeutic interactions, facilitation of psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching. · Ensures integrity of treatment milieu and safety for patients including the de-escalation of volatile situations. · Four (4) years Bachelor’s degree.
