This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc. Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs. Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours Languages: Fluency in English and the local language Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles Ready to make a real impact in mental health?
