Join us as a Behavioral Health Coach on our innovative telehealth platform, Intellect, where you’ll empower clients to enhance their mental well-being and achieve personal growth. Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.
This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
  • Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
  • Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Danish
  • Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
  • Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.
  • Support your clients in setting up either person or career goals, relationships, etc.
  • Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
