Creating a better way. It’s more than just the philosophy we were founded on. It’s our purpose. For our employees, it means more time with patients. Unrushed visits to build meaningful relationships. And most importantly, an opportunity to empower our patients to achieve their full potential – at work and in life. Determined to make a difference? Join our health care revolution and be a part of something better.
QuadMed is looking for a Full time Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team! This position will work 32 hours a week: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, alternating working onsite at our Milwaukee health center location and Mequon location.
As a behavioral health counselor, you’ll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that mental and physical health are treated together for the best possible patient outcomes. Our integrated approach means you’ll be addressing not just mental health, but also its direct impact on chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease. Patients have faster access to care and our behavioral health counselors make a tangible difference in both individual lives and overall workplace well-being.
By joining QuadMed, you won’t just be treating symptoms—you’ll be transforming lives. If you’re passionate about behavioral health and want to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care, this is the place for you.
