Position: Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician Hours: Part-Time, 24-hours a week; Day Shift. Saturday and Sunday (7:00 am to 7:30 pm) Location: Lankenau Medical Center Education: Master's degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, counseling or social work, from an accredited program. License: LCSW, LPC, LCP preferred but not required. Experience: At least 2 years of recent clinical behavioral health experience in a crisis intervention setting, physician's office, clinic, hospital, emergency services, or other equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

The clinician is responsible for exemplary cross-continuum behavioral health care coordination, including psychiatric assessments, referrals, interventions, psychosocial resources, and discharge planning for patients across Main Line Health's facilities. This role involves collaborating with various staff and colleagues to orchestrate care, improve patient services, enhance population health, and exemplify patient-centered commitment.
