POSITION OVERVIEW:

The General Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion and profitability of our outpatient behavioral health services within the New Jersey and New York regions. This role will involve overseeing business development initiatives, building strong partnerships with senior-living communities, managing operational performance, and ensuring financial health by optimizing revenue generation and cost management.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a background in healthcare management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive both growth and operational efficiency. They will be passionate about enhancing access to mental health services for older adults and committed to delivering exceptional client care while achieving business success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, business development, or operations, ideally within behavioral health or senior care services.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing market share, and achieving financial goals.
  • Experience in managing multi-state operations, especially within outpatient behavioral health or senior-living services, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the senior behavioral health space, including challenges and opportunities in senior-living communities.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
