We provide compassionate, individualized care to children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Starts at $19 if you already have your BHP Certification In this role, you will: Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development. Qualifications Qualifications: A patient, caring, and positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
