We provide compassionate, individualized care to children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Starts at $20 if you already have your BHP Certification In this role, you will: Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development. Qualifications Qualifications: A patient, caring, and positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
