Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC). This role combines clinical expertise with collaborative care, serving diverse and underserved populations in a fast-paced primary care environment. Qualifications and abilities * Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology OR Master’s in Social Work * Licensure: Current Hawaii license as LCSW or Licensed Psychologist * Preferred: Experience in integrated primary care and FQHC settings * Strong skills in clinical assessment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to a fast-paced environment General Duties include but are not limited to * Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted interventions for patients referred by primary care providers * Collaborate with medical staff and care coordinators to support whole-person care * Develop comprehensive patient care plans * Deliver individual psychotherapy (in-person and telehealth) * Document accurately and timely in EMR systems * Other duties as assigned   *Waikiki Health requires proof of the following immunization; with or without reasonable accommodation: TB skin test or chest x-ray, Hep B (optional).
