Description Location: Rotating between St. Anthony and Rexburg Behavioral Health Clinics Wage: DOE Friday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Monday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Other Weekdays: Flexible hours focused on scheduling and supporting school-based therapy services (To be discussed during interview) Grand Peaks Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable and friendly full-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This position supports both our St. Anthony and Rexburg clinics, as well as assisting with scheduling and coordination for our school-based therapy services during the week. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, organized, and committed to helping others. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments Support scheduling and coordination for school-based therapy services Maintain strict patient confidentiality Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and paperwork Assist with general office and administrative duties Requirements Ability to work at both the St. Anthony and Rexburg clinic locations Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Benefits: Health benefits eligibility Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) retirement plan Apply today to join our team!
