Description Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk for our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Tucson, AZ. Entune Behavioral Health offers individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a range of supportive mental health services designed to help clients build resilience, improve well-being, and achieve meaningful life goals. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait times Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility Collect co-pays and fees, ensuring accurate records and adherence to financial policies Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA) Assist patients with inquiries and provide relevant information about services and procedures Prepare and process medical forms and documents Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably multiple years in a medical or behavioral health setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organization and administrative skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in Electronic Health/Medical Record Systems, preferably Advanced MD (AMD) Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Professional appearance and demeanor Current CPR, AED, First Aid Certification (Required) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required) Spanish Speaking (Preferred) Full-time Benefits: Medical, Health Savings Account (HSA), Vision, Dental, Short-term, Long-term Disability, Life insurance 401K and Local Financial Advisors Employee Assistance Plan Paid Sick Leave Paid Time Off (personal leave) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
