What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while serving as an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team. Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed treatment environment Build trusting relationships with residents and their families Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care What We're Looking For We're seeking nurses who are compassionate, dependable, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact. Required Qualifications Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience Pediatric or adolescent nursing experience Residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric experience Schedule We offer flexible scheduling options designed to support work-life balance.
