Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide direct nursing care for adult behavioral health patients during overnight hours. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, complete nursing assessments, and document clinical progress. Respond to behavioral health crises while maintaining a safe, therapeutic treatment environment. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and the multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Practice with autonomy while receiving strong clinical and administrative support. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive hourly rate from $53.94-$65.29 based on experience. Weeknight shift differential of +$2.50/hour. Weekend shift differential of +$4.00/hour. Up to $4,000 relocation assistance. Comfortable caring for behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills. Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and medication administration for adult behavioral health patients during overnight shifts. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage crises and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
