POSITION OVERVIEW • Inpatient behavioral health unit • Provides mental health treatment and crisis support • Adult patient population (18+) • 14-bed unit with 24/7 supervision COMPENSATION • Salary Range: $63,000 – $86,000 • $15,000 commitment bonus (2-year agreement) SCHEDULE • Full-time • 12-hour shifts • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ROLE • Perform patient assessments and identify care needs • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions • Provide care based on patient condition and age • Complete documentation related to medical necessity • Maintain and revise interdisciplinary care plans • Perform quality improvement assessments ENVIRONMENT • Acute inpatient behavioral health setting • Patients may present with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions BENEFITS • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Life, accident, critical illness, and disability insurance • Paid time off and paid family leave • Tuition assistance and loan assistance • 401(k) with company match • Wellness programs and professional development opportunities Requirements • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program REQUIRED • Current Iowa RN license or compact license REQUIRED • Basic Life Support (BLS) REQUIRED • Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire REQUIRED • Recent RN experience REQUIRED • Acute care behavioral health experience preferred Not ready to formally apply?
