Inova Fairfax Hospital- 3300 Gallows Rd, Falls Church, VA 22042-3300 Behavioral Health Safety Coach Job Responsibilities: Facilitates the debrief of a safety event or safety concern. Participates in safety meetings and serve on the workplace violence committee. Educates, trains, and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting. Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization. Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical work experience Certifications: Basic Life Support required upon start Vistelar required within 6 Months of hire Preferred Qualifications: Psychiatry, Mental Health and Behavioral Health background Prior de-escalation training/experience Applicants may be considered for current and future opportunities.

Responsibilities
