The HYM Behavioral Health Sales Rep, Colorado Schools is responsible for contracting with K-12 schools within your designated territory to open, maximize and deliver a growing volume of new clients. Our library of sales materials is complete with custom tracking built in. The role will collaborate with other sales and marketing resources and is supported by Sales Ops, Creative and Technical teams. Executives and Clinical Care leads are available to support sales efforts on calls / virtual meetings. Reports to the COO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in selling into schools or pediatric and primary care clinics.
• 2+ years of experience and top sales performance results.
• Outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and organization, tenacious followup.

• Relationships: Identify key decision makers and stakeholders throughout a district and individual schools. Develop and grow these strong, strategic partnerships and build awareness and understanding of HYM.
• Sales: Execute initial outreach, all followup, and closing of all new partners / referral channels.
• Tracking: Maintain detailed pipeline documentation and reporting of monthly results.
• Internal Collaboration: Iterate process, pitch, and materials to drive the sales process.
