In this role, you will: * Support patients through critical moments and long-term care journeys * Work alongside primary care providers in a truly integrated model * Help reduce barriers to behavioral health services * Be part of a team that values empathy, collaboration, and excellence ---------------------------------------- 🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Behavioral Health Specialist at GSCH, you will: * Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group therapy * Provide crisis intervention and “warm welcome” support for patients in need * Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to address mental health and substance use concerns * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system * Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives * Support continuity of care through referrals and follow-up ---------------------------------------- 🧩 WHAT YOU’LL BRING REQUIRED: * Master’s degree in a mental health-related field * Eligible for licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent track) * Active BLS certification (or ability to obtain) PREFERRED: * Fully licensed in NH * Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment * Experience in integrated or community health settings ---------------------------------------- 💡 WHAT SETS YOU APART * Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches * Ability to assess, triage, and respond to a wide range of patient needs * Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team * Excellent documentation and EHR skills * A compassionate, patient-centered approach ---------------------------------------- 🌍 WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING AT GSCH We care for our team the same way we care for our patients — with respect, support, and investment in your growth.
