St Xavier Home Care Service is looking for a behavioral health specialist to provide (Based on Qualification) PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation), and/or Planned Respite, and/or Caregiver/Family Advocacy and/or Support Services and/or Prevocational Servies

INDIVIDUAL STAFF QUALIFICATIONS: $20.00 PER HOUR

• High school diploma with a minimum of two years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction and/or foster care; or
• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or in related human services; or
• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or in related human services

INDIVIDUAL STAFF QUALIFICATIONS $17.50 PER HOUR

Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent and with appropriate skills and training

INDIVIDUAL STAFF QUALIFICATIONS $30.00 PER HOUR

• Preferred Qualifications: An individual employed by the agency with a Master’s degree in education, or a Master’s degree in a human services field plus one year of applicable experience
• Minimum Qualifications: An individual employed by the agency with a bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience

SERVICES ARE INTENDED TO DEVELOP AND TEACH GENERAL SKILLS. EXAMPLES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and customers; generally accepted community workplace conduct and dress; ability to follow directions; workplace problem solving skills and strategies; proper use of job-related equipment and general workplace safety. Resume writing, interview techniques, role play and job application completion, exploring career options, identify community service opportunities that could lead to paid employment, school application and appply for finical aid

INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS $22.00 PER HOUR

Minimum qualifications of an Associate’s degree with one year of human service experience
Preferred qualifications of a Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in human services working with children/youth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
