We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.     Benefits include, but are not limited to: * Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) * Tuition Assistance * Referral Bonus We are searching for Full-Time Behavior Health Technicians to work in our residential programs located in Covington, LA. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.   Schedule: 7a-7p Duties: * Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation * Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis * Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities * Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community * Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports) * Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.) Requirements: * A high school diploma or GED is required * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained * Ability to lift 50lbs Collage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer.
