Job Details Job Location: Bradley Medical Center LLC - CLEVELAND, TN 37311 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Days Job Category: Behavioral Services Hours: 7AM - 7PM JOB SUMMARY The Psychiatric Tech provides quality of care to the patients. Assists with assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned patients' care in collaboration with a licensed nurse. General Responsibilities: Assisting the Charge Nurse in performing clerical duties on unit. Promote good communication between team members. Monitor detoxing and/or mentally unstable patients. Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate or GED preferred. Experience: Preferably one-year experience in a hospital, or long term care facility. Prefer some college classes in psychology. Licenses/Certificates: Prefer C.N.A. certification in the State of Tennessee. BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross); if not current upon hire must obtain within 6 months. SAMA certification required; if not current must obtain within 90 days.
