Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our inpatient detox and residential facility in Aurora, CO! What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.) Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. Responsibilities

Manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, and medication for an inpatient detox facility. Oversee client engagement and ensure compliance with facility rules and policies.
