Responsibilities:
Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Intake Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Intake Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in a behavioral health care setting with adolescents
• High School Diploma or GED as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling 4 years
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Successful completion of (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
