We believe in caring for our patients—and our employees—with respect, teamwork, and purpose.   How you'll contribute * Assist patients with performing activities of daily living * Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions * Observe and record patient behavior and activities * Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff * Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed   Qualifications and requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred * BLS Certification within 45 days of hire * HWC (Handle With Care) within 45 days of hire * CNA license preferred * Must be minimum of 21 years of age to be considered for this position   Why Join Us? Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide support during diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Observe patient behavior and report any physical, mental, or emotional changes to the nursing staff.
