Responsibilities
  • Monitor program members and provide daily shift reports.
  • Daily reminders regarding medications and appointments.
  • Checking residents in/out of the property.
  • Conduct urinalysis and breathalyze program members.
  • Observe and submit incident reports as necessary.
  • Assist program members with meal preparation.
  • Create a daily cleaning schedule for program members.
  • Conduct property and room checks.
  • Communicate with the case management and treatment team regarding updates and changes of behavior.
  • Attends and participates in weekly meetings regarding quality improvement.
