Your Impact In this vital role, you will directly support our clients' recovery journeys. You will maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment during the essential day shift. Key Responsibilities Ensure Safety: Patrol campus perimeters and residential dorms regularly. Monitor Wellbeing: Observe client behaviors and track daily activities closely. Support Clinical Teams: Report health or safety concerns to clinicians immediately. Build Life Skills: Assist clients with daily living habits and hygiene. Provide Encouragement: Offer positive reinforcement to motivate clients daily. Maintain Documentation: Complete shift logs and incident reports accurately using computers. What You Bring Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: One year of BHT experience preferred. Specialization: Background working with substance abuse populations preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic computer software and digital logs. Traits: Strong interpersonal boundaries, adaptability, and deep empathy.
