Position Summary We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in our residential housing program during second shift hours [3p-11p]. The BHT plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment by monitoring residents, supporting daily routines, and reinforcing program expectations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and interested in working directly with individuals in recovery.
