About the Job: As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll be at the heart of supporting and guiding youth in a residential care setting. What You Will Do: * Supervise and ensure youth’s basic needs are met while teaching them valuable life skills. * Model positive behavior, problem-solving techniques, and promote emotional well-being. * Keep the environment safe and supportive. * Provide transportation to appointments and help facilitate social-emotional skill-building activities. Location: Kansas City, KS Your Schedule: 2pm - 10:30pm What We’re Looking For: * A high school diploma (or GED) and a passion for working with youth. * Previous experience working with children or in a behavioral health setting is a plus! * Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and you must be at least 21 years old. * The willingness to complete required training and documentation.
