More about our team Our Emergency Department is a rural twenty-bed unit where we are focused on providing patient-centered care in a friendly environment. How you'll Contribute A Behavioral Health Technician who excels in this role: Under the supervision of nursing staff will assist in meeting the needs of behavioral health patients. Maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s). Identifies behaviors, events, or environmental factors that may predispose a patient to violent/destructive actions or increased agitation, reports signs of escalation to the RN.
