We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. Summary: Our Behavioral Health Technician serves in a direct care role with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Pyramid Healthcare in California, Maryland, offers outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) for men and women with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring disorders, and problem gambling. We also provide psychiatric services for clients who require medication management! Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we strive to customize our treatment plans based on the needs of each client through group or individual sessions, collaborating as needed to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. Pay: $15 before shift differentials. Shift Options: 3rd shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, usually including 1 weekend day in the weekly schedule Shift Differentials: 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00, (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50, (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete the intake process with new clients into the program Maintain client documentation Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable Coordinate client activities Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment Assist with the dietary needs of clients Complete all required trainings Other duties as assigned Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
