OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Health Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to individuals with and other behavioral health challenges. The Behavior Health Technician will work closely with patients to and assist in crisis management while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and behavior management techniques.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, medical records, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to perform patient care duties, including vital signs monitoring and intake assessments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for clients while promoting their dignity and respect.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
