Learn more about our program: United Recovery Project Perks: Enjoy 104 hours of PTO annually (FTE only) Access to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (FTE only) Work in a supportive, team-driven environment Optional benefits including Short-Term Disability, Accident, Disability, and Life Insurance Key Responsibilities: Monitor and document daily client activities, behaviors, and progress Safely transport clients to and from appointments or activities as needed Maintain a safe environment by staying alert to potential risks or hazards Provide structure, set appropriate boundaries, and foster a supportive, caring atmosphere Collaborate with the treatment team to deliver high-quality client care Promote a positive, professional environment while maintaining composure in all situations Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Valid and active Driver License is required. Basic computer literacy required. Work experience in the field of substance abuse preferred. KIPU EMR knowledge preferred. Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred. Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. Highschool Diploma or GED.
