What you’ll do at DBH: Participate in the development of treatment plans Charting, documentation, records, and reporting Organizing and conducting patient group activities Transport of patients to off-site appointments Participating in appropriate interventions This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Team Scheduling 2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11 pm and 3rd Shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. This position is located within our CSN program in Cuyahoga County. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter. Additional Salary / Appointment Information: Pay Increase of 3%25 July 2026. Additional $.60 per hour shift differential for afternoon and evening shifts. Longevity supplement after 5 years of service. This position receives a minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract. Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary. In Department of Developmental Disabilities, must also possess a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-3-01(F) (1) (c). Or in positions at Veteran Services in addition to above must possess STNA certification &/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. For positions that require operation of motor vehicle to transport consumers to recreational, educational &/or occupational activities, a valid driver’s license is required. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
