Behavioral Health Therapist Full-Time | Salaried Position 📍 Location: Adelphoi Education – Greensburg Salem School District Highlights: ✔️ 200-day school schedule (only 10 summer days, 2 in-service and 8 remote) with year-round salary & benefits ✔️ No on-call, no holidays, school-day hours ✔️ Summers off with pay + bonus opportunities ✔️ Licensure supervision & professional growth ---------------------------------------- POSITION OVERVIEW Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. * Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports. * Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities. * Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. * Participate in school and community activities as needed. * Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties. * Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s Degree in a Human Services field. * 2–3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred). * Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). * Minimum age: 21 years. * Valid driver’s license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance. * Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks. ---------------------------------------- CORE COMPETENCIES * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self-management and leadership capabilities. * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. * Team-oriented with a commitment to personal growth. * Effective task execution and value-driven decision-making. * Understanding of business planning and client relationship management.
